"Good location, decent size rooms, dated decore passable breakfast. The reception staff were helpful and kindly give us a mosquito repellent gadget when we needed one. The location was handy for the bus station and also the bridges to the island. Breakfast was ok but not brilliant."

"The in-room WiFi wasn’t working and they said it wouldn’t be working. That the in-room was a third party and they had no control!! Out coffee table was about to fall apart. Maintenance did come to try and save it but they couldn’t. So we had to live with it for the duration of our stay. The bar was never staffed and we had to go search for someone to assist. This is not a 5 star or 4 star hotel. It is in desperate need of help"

"Everyone writes how kind the staff are and how delicious the food is. They are right. The staff helped me check train, bus and car rentals, kept serving hot coffee and good advice while the breakfast consists of the best meats, cheeses, pastries, jams and jiuices I've seen in a long time. They were all just so fresh, marinated and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Best wishes, David"
