"The property is tired. Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff. Long waiting times for food. Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing. No obvious management. Fabulous views, great weather. Frustrating hotel. We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer. What a lost...

Property is very well maintained and this cottage had kitchen as well, so well equipped that you can cook anything in there, giant living room and bedrooms also very spacious. "Ive stayed here a few times. The rooms are really nice but it's the second time I've stayed out of about 4 times where the linen/towels have not been clean. I came to replace the towels by ultimately had to give up due to needing to leave. The room wasnt ever refreshed for the next night stay. For the price (I paid about £400 for 2 days) it dosent really ever match up with the service, everything is too much trouble. Ive given it a few chances but there always seems to be so many friction...
