"We had a deluxe room which was clean and spacious. Facilities in the room were very good and included a good size wardrobe, full length mirror, toiletries and kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits. Quiet location. There is a bus stop right outside the premises and is within walking distance of a retail outlet. Helpful staff."

"Exceeded my expectations, very good central location for Southsea and easy walk into Portsmouth. Off road Parking is worth the extra as nearby streets are narrow for on road parking.
The Staff are all great, the spacious room with comfortable bed
and excellent breakfast - what more one ask for.
We will return in spring to meet up with friends again. "

"The hotel it self is well located. Close to the Gunwharf Quays and in walking distance from the train station and the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The staff was really friendly. Especially when I asked how to get to the D-Day Museum. Breakfast was well stocked with the basics. The I would say is the rooms could use an upgard. But if you are looking for a well located hotel. This is for you."

"Its was a great stop before our cruise. Shiloh was such a great help with our room and helping us get around. The check in woman in the morning was wonderful, she helped order us a taxi. "The decor was lovely, we stayed in an old victorian house converted to rooms, imaculate. The Mecure msin hotel was about a minute away and we hsd breakfast in the patio garden. Beautifully kept and breakfadt was lovely. Mashed advocado with tomato and poached eggs. Service was excellent, when we booked in a member of staff walked us around the corner to the beautiful house we were staying in, which was lovely, fantadtic stainred glass door and the inside did not disapoint."
