"The property was beautiful. The rooms clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the maids did not replenish the bathroom amenities every day. You had to call the front desk and request the items you needed."

"We stayed in a very simple villa room with a double bed and pullout couch. The resort is very helpful in getting you picked up from way up on the hill with their truck pick ups that run every 15 minutes. The resort also provides transportation directly to the beach. The beach was very nice and secluded, with several restaurants to choose from. Only drawback. Might be that the pick ups don’t run exactly on time, and we chose to walk up and down the resort a few times."

"The staff at this property was over the top accommodating. Attentive to all our needs, friendly and it felt like they knew us personally. The property was beautiful and well kept. Pool and Beach chairs had fresh towels on them every day."

"Food was decent. The food was better at the restaurants the require reservation but came with long wait times. The staff speak very limited english and therefore that did make it complicated to voice our needs. There was some renovations being done on the bar area by the pool and the bathrooms by the pool were not the cleanest. Limited beach access as well."

"Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was great and not to be missed. We enjoyed the evening cocktail at sunset provided by the hotel a short walk down a path to the beach. Monkeys in the trees and beautiful birds. We traveled with 4 teenagers who loved the location, walkable to town, or short uber. Fun shopping and local restaurants on the beach. Ocean is swimmable with local rentals in town. Villas are spacious and well stocked with kitchen, large living room. Staff was very helpful...

"I tried to do a lot of research to see best places for staying on the ocean. I like to swim and snorkel. The ocean was pretty but only a very small section was available for swimming and that area had pretty big waves. The rest of the resort was terrific! Just don’t go if you are avid beach and ocean lover."
