"Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, modern and the staff were excellent. The staff were very helpful in planning day trips and making recommendations and even bookings for us. Th restaurant had delicious food with a different catch of the day every day and could easily accommodate my celiac diet. The views were stunning and it was wonderful to hear the ocean while eating at the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This was a perfect place for my stay. Walking distance to beaches and food. Staff were lovely and helpful. Ocean view room was awesome, especially to wake up to and to close the day. Coffee and tea are included, espresso machine is great. Luisa is on site and very helpful, ask her anything! Andrea and Noela are around and very nice.
