The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable and beautiful, most overlook the ocean from the small balcony. This hotel is beachfront and has a gorgeous resort style pool right next to the ocean. "There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential). Property is nice and view is amazing on the Cliff"

"SOOOOO loud. I could hear everything upstairs, outside, and next door. I literally heard the lady next door battling her hiccups. Worst sleep of our family’s life. When anyone in the complex uses the bathroom it’s so loud it sounds like a waterfall is in our room. Good location, but don’t do it. There was hair in the tub, in the beds - gross! AND the bathtub was clogged so it just puddled in the tub while you shower."
