"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. "Very noisy (cars racing on the adjacent roads). The mattress was too soft. Breakfast was surprisingly mediocore (no biscuits or breakfast meats, and no fresh fruit other than oranges). The area was good (felt safe, close to restaurants). Parking was easy. The TV in the living room was small and installed too high for comfortable viewing. Small things, but they make a difference."

"Stayed here during a NASA work trip to Huntsville. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a business stay. The Wi-Fi in my 5th-floor room was unreliable for the first three days and under maintenance for the last two days, making it difficult to work. Housekeeping did not consistently restock basic items such as facial wipes and bottled water. Toiletries, including the toothpaste provided, were below the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Calls to the front desk...

"A great choice in Huntsville. Bright, clean room with a modern, updated appearance. Placed next to an outdoor shopping area with high-end stores, restaurants and a movie theater. Just minutes from the airport. If I return to Huntsville, I’m staying here."

"Except for the entry and the lighting in our room, the facility was very nice. Birds have commandeered the overhead at the entry. They had built nest in the overhead and were protecting them by flying in and out while pooping everywhere. Also the lighting our room was very poor. Trying to apply makeup was a guessing game. Please install a brighter light in the ceiling in the vanity portion of the bathroom. The staff were very courteous and helpful."
