"Stay for a few days on our first time being in Rome. The area (East-end of Pratti) is very nice, quiet, pedestrian friendly and heavier with locales rather than tourists.
The restaurant in the hotels provides an excellent breakfast. The staff clearly have experience working together as a team. 24/7 staffed reception was a helpful benefit."

"Every single employee here was amazing!
Starting with the handyman, who was very nice and helpful, to the girls taking care of the breakfast, which was amazing by the way and the great housekeepers. And Terry, you were so chatty and friendly!!
Location was perfect, 13 minute walk to the Vatican. TONS of restaurants and pharmacies around. My room had a balcony, so relaxing every evening after a long day was definitely a plus. Thank you again and if I’m ever back in Italy, I will definitely come...

"Pretty bad experience. Except for 1, every front desk staff else was rude. essentially non-existent amenities. The worst things were the mattress and the bedding. Lumpy mattress and worn out duvet. No comforter, only an old and scratchy polyester blanket. Breakfast ( I pre-paid for it) was also pretty bad. Day old bread and croissants and same fruits being served day after day. One afternoon I wanted a spoon and some salt to eat a snack in my room. I was told very rudely, "no, kitchen is...
