" I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, parking is free (which is a huge plus), and the price is quite affordable compared to other options in the area. However, there were a few disappointments that impacted our stay. The listing was a bit misleading, we were expecting a mini fridge in the room, but there wasn’t one. The TV was also not working during our stay, and while the room was clean, it definitely looked like it could use some maintenance and updating and the walls are pretty thin you could hear others next door. One of the biggest issues was the lack of clarity in the online description. Had the amenities and room details been more accurately described, I likely would have chosen to upgrade to a different room. Additionally, Expedia indicated that early check-in was available for a fee, but when I asked the front desk, I was told this wasn’t an option and had to wait until the standard 3 PM check-in time. It would be helpful if this information were clearly and accurately reflected online to avoid confusion. Overall, the stay was okay for the price, but better transparency in the listing would have made a big difference in managing expectations. "

"Clean room, easy access to parking lot and hotel, safe place with no homeless around, great bars and food nearby, cable car train literally right there and the view of corner king room is amazing!! I’ve stayed at alot of hotels in sf and this one if forsure underrated!!"

"Appreciated the parking, great location for families, clean property, and water in lobby. Our room was run down, but clean. The night staff was not helpful at all. We asked for some accommodations due to daughter's allergies when we checked in, but staff was dismissive and lied about not having any other rooms available. We saw a ton of vacant rooms. The morning staff was very kind. Overall nice property, but disappointed with the staff that checked us in. "

"Center courtyard rooms were really cute, but a bit small. The location was amazing and the grounds were awesome. A real plant lover must take care of this place. We’ll definitely be back. "

"Ac is okay, pillow was given 3, but rather soft. Overall good location, good and decent hotel, but whenever nearby room door is closed, the air will make a loud sound to my door too. So when chambermaid is cleaning up rooms around mine, it will be endless slamming sound on my door too. "

"Parking was an issue. Have an F150 Truck, didn’t fit in single parking had to take two spots due to angle of spots. First come first serve, not enough spots per room. One night had to pay for public parking. Owner on site very friendly and accommodating with parking issue. Room clean, bathroom extremely small, faucet not caulked/attached to sink so it moved at each use. Missing smoke alarm, exposed wires hanging down from ceiling. Ice maker out of order."
