"Great location, comfortable rooms, very friendly and responsive staff, super easy check in. Would definitely stay again.
Note- there isn’t an elevator/lift, if that is important for you.
There was also an odor from the bathroom from time to time, we think it came from the plumbin/pipes.
Overall, a great choice in Preston."

"I misread the directions and ended up at the wrong door but a helpful man on the phone put me right straightaway. The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again."

"Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!!
A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!"

"The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service.
First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue.
