"This is the 5th time we’ve stayed here in a year. Excellent stay, we were a little early for check in, however we had been sent the check in details earlier, so we entered the building to see if the room was ready, I was greeted at our room by a staff member/owner, he was putting the heating on in all the rooms because it was so cold - very thoughtful touch. He even helped us upstairs with our bags. Couldn’t fault the service. We stayed for 3 nights - the only thing I would of loved was a few...

"The room was nice spacious, clean,bathroom good,shower had good power to it,my wifes only grumble was could do with a chair to sit in front of the mirror. Location excellent, walk anywhere ,town literally 5 mins walk. We will use again "

"The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars."

"Everything this is the second time that ive stayed. Ended up staying for 6 night as got hime to a leaked pipes in my flat. Very accommodating in getting me back in there. Excellent staff overall and made me feel like one of the family. Just booked for next weekend "

"Room was fantastic.only issue was the toilet flush handle was broken. Apart form that the staff in the hotel were all friendly and helpful when needed. Bradley's bar on the other hand. Staff were more intrested in talking to eachother. Asked if they were serving food, yes we have a limited menu not an issue. Went back to order food and was told the kitchen is now shut at 7.55 on line it says food finishes at 8.30"
