"Rooms are NOT cleaned every day, even though the part we stayed in is a "hotel." You can ask for the vacuum to clean the room yourself. Must ask for towels and new bedding if you want it. There were a few bugs in the room. Very few amenities are included, even though this is called a resort and you have to pay fees. Umbrellas and chairs cost extra and we even had to pay $1 for a ping pong ball. Drinks cost extra too and weren't worth the price. Pools were always murky. My biggest complaint is I...

"This property was so bad that we only stayed one night, even though I had already paid for an entire week. We chose not to return because the conditions were unacceptable. The property was dirty, there was evidence of smoking despite the no-smoking policy, and it was not worth the money we spent. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better from both the property and Expedia."

"Same staff as when we came for the 4th of July last year—in the hospitality industry in the panhandle, that is saying a lot. Property was basically in the same condition. Food and amenities were great. We will continue to be back. Love this location."
