"We arrived after 6 a.m. for the night before's booking, due to a fiasco of a moving day from out of state to this area. We checked in with our cat, ate breakfast, then got a QUICK 2 hours sleep, before we had to be at our new home closing at 10 a.m. Our TV didn’t seem to work in the room (husband tried, wouldn't even turn on). The flooring had debris on it, like it hadn't been swept very well. There was a dog nearby in a room thay kept barking almost nonstop...bothering our cat & us. And there...

"They double booked my room, so I did not get the room I paid for. They shut breakfast down a half an hour early, night staff did warn us about it. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. My room was clean, bed comfortable, what food we were able to get, was good. But my disappointment for not getting the room I paid for, a jacuzzi tub room, overshadowed everything else. "

"The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...

"Our room was in the historic section. The staff was amazing! The most friendly, helpful people I have ever encountered. The kind woman at the front desk went so far as to call her daughter for a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant for me! Many restaurants within walking distance. Parking is sufficient. The courtyard is delightful. Spring cleanup has been delayed by recent cold weather. Chairs and tables invite guests to pause and enjoy the tumbling water in the fountain and the warm...
