"Hotel was clean overall but wifi was unbelievably slow. The room next door was blasting TV at 2am, so I had to call the front desk. Not sure if maybe the walls are just thin. No complimentary water bottles"

"We were in town for the Bruno Mars Concert! We got there around 4:30pm since check in was around 4pm. Our room was not ready when we got there. We had to wait about until 5:20pm until our room was ready. Which was fine, but we were rushing to get ready for the concert since we got to our room late. Once we got our room it had a very heavy smell of cigarettes. Which made it a little hard for sleeping. We tried to have the door open for a little of it to try and air it out but didn’t seem to help...

"Location of the hotel is perfect if you are going to Trget Field, Target Center or US Bank Stadium. The breakfast is always great with plenty of selections and it has always been fresh each time I've stayed here."

"This motel is located directly across the street (Kilabrew St.) from the Mall of America. The motel has complimentary airport shuttle service, a very good breakfast, a decent small gym. It checks all the boxes, and I’ll return."

"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. "

"The air conditioning worked just fine. The room had obviously been updated. You could hear people staying in rooms next door. Bed was not the most comfortable but not the worst either. Pillows weren't great either. No conditioner. Walk in shower didn't have enough lip so it leaked all over bathroom. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. "
