"Staff was great!! She was dealing with a lot of customers concerning the ever changing weather conditions. Started out as a possibility of snow on Sunday and instead became a Blizzard Warning for Sunday coming thru Saturday afternoon. She handled it all like a pro!!"

"This hotel was very clean. The initial staff at check-in was very polite. The staff changed at 11 PM was very rude. Breakfast didn’t start till 7 AM and most of the guest staying with us had to be leaving at that time. Nice place to say but rude late shift staff. Not staying here again."

"The pool was closed due to someone pooping in it on purpose. The room was dirty, there was a ring around the tub as well as hair on the wall of the shower. The sheets were dirty with stains. The breakfast was horrible and very bare minimum."

Even though we were supposed to get a non smoking room, it was so saturated with the smell of weed, that opening the doors and windows did not help We asked for a different room but because we had 3 small dogs, he wouldn't let us change rooms. Even the staff said we should be switched. He said if we didn't like it we could leave. This wasn't an option since it was 10:00 at night. "Spacious suite with door between bedroom and living areas. On check-in, Parker explained our parking options (rapidly, with an obvious intent to suggest we pay for the $20/daily unlimited in-and-out hotel parking; with a statement that he didn't know the cost of parking on the street (it's $1.25/hour from 9 am to 9 pm; free overnight) and that the ramp across the way was $10/day with no in and out. That made it sound as if we would pay $10 each time we pulled out of that ramp, which is not...
