"The 1 bedroom suite with a separate pull out sofa, was not as advertised! The bed and the sofa was separated by a curtain! Very disappointing! The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Hotel needs to bed updated a little, mainly the bathroom, but not bad at all! Only two hotel employees were friendly and helpful, and that was the young lady during check-in. The other friendly and helpful employees was the young lady during check-out."

"We enjoyed our stay. We flew out of the Des Moines airport, left our car at the Hampton Inn and were taken to the Airport by shuttle. We flew back a week later at 11:30 at night and were picked up promptly by the Hampton Inn shuttle. So quick and convenient. Our room was perfect as well. The night staff were so kind and considerate."

"The property looked gorgeous in pictures. But fire pit was blocked off and un usable, hot tub was broke and couldn't be used, fan in bathroom was extremely loud, went to check in and no one was around. Waited for 15 min before someone finally arrived at desk. Breakfast gets cleaned up right away. So dont be 1 minute late. She picked it up as we were trying to get food. Definitely not worth the money."
