"Noise from I4 interstate can be heard inside the room making it difficult to sleep. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are overstuffed and not comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were professional. "

"We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, the interior was appealingly decorated, and the pickleball court was available for our use, even after our 11:00 PM arrival! The only glitch in our stay was that the AC made a rattling noise when I lowered it to a comfortable temperature."

"Negatives: Check-in takes a long time. Be prepared to wait in line! The additional costs add up quickly. You'll need to be very mindful and you can't take many things in to the waterpark. If you're not going to pay for premium seating, get in line for the waterpark early. Last - if you are placed in building #2, it will be a LONG walk to the pools. Not a problem for us, but important to note. NOTE we were there during spring break, so perhaps in off times, it is not as busy. Positives: Resort is beautifully kept. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service on the rooms isn't daily but they are wonderful about trash pickup and clean towels. I still felt they took good care of us. The shared areas are kept clean and welcoming. The lobby shop has a good selection if you're missing a thing or two. "

"This resort really is your one stop shop! The hospitality, the accommodations and the view of where you stood on their grounds is just beautiful! Especially a beautiful shout out to Gabriella at the front desk making our last minute to separate reservation smooth into a one week vacation without any hiccups of changing rooms. I will probably stay here every single time my family and I go to Florida! It’s centralized location is very easy to get to Daytona Beach in Cocoa Beach"

"Petit séjour de 4 nuits pour relaxer, magasiner aux premium outlet , se promener avec le «I ride  trolley » et passer une journée à Walt Disney! Le déjeuner (bagel new yorkais, pâtisserie fraîche fruits oeufs et viande ) était parfait! Nous avons profiter de la piscine et du jeu de poche. Nous avons utilisé 1 fois la navette gratuite pour se rendre à Walt Disney, par contre nous somme revenu en uber car nous voulions rester jusqu’à 22h et la navette du retour était vers 17h45 , trop tôt pour nous!"
