"The Neptune is right downtown in Providence, so would be useful for business travel etc. Saturday night is very noisy below on the street with Irish bars nearby (maybe not so loud in the back.) "Room was expensive. Air conditioner ran all night and was extremely loud and disruptive. There was some kind of strobe on the ceiling (smoke or co alarm) that was super bright. You get coffee in the morning. The only positive was the guys in valet parking who were helpful! Never again, aloft"
