"Second time staying here and it was great. The staff was delightful and the apt was huge. One thing to note is the TV only has Italian channels which is fine but the Netflix button on the remote does not work and you cannot do screen mirroring with your IPhone. "

"The hotel was in the perfect location, walkable to everything. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great! Our room was spacious and super clean. Quiet! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant the first night, so good! Walkable to the train station, Duomo and bell tower attractions. Lots of shops and good restaurants! Check-in was easy, our room wasn’t ready they took care of our luggage and we just explored Florence. Thank you for a nice stay!"

"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"I enjoyed my stay at this location; I was generally warm in the room, but was able to open the window and cool the space, local regulations prohibited cooling. No in person staff on site other than cleaning folks in the AM. But I did not need staff other than to notify through what’s app very loud neighbors at 2 AM in the morning. "

"We had a great stay at this apartment. The rooms were Immaculately clean, amenities were good with a kitchenette incorporated into the apartment and a large fridge freezer and big beds. Staff were great and responded quick via email. Thank you so much for the much enjoyed stay at the apartment "

"Everything was kept very clean. The host was friendly and helpful. We were just encourage having availability for some type of connection to get more programming in English. Also, it would be nice to have a fry pan in the kitchen."

"Nice and spacious 1BR apartment in the heart of Florence. Close to practically everything. No reception in the building but the communication via WhatsApp was very good and the keys pick-up was smooth. The deep bathtub/jacuzzi/shower was great to relax in but the bathroom needs a renovation: the ventilation is very poor and there's mold in a few places around the bathtub and the ceiling. The rain shower system was a bit run down and one of the toilet flushes was malfunctioning. "
