"Amazing apartment with perhaps the largest in-room jacuzzi tub I've ever seen! Shower in 2nd bath was one of the best showers (rain shower) I've experienced. However, it was billed as a 2BR apartment & the 2nd BR was a den with a pull-out couch - which was not advertised as such. In the end, though, that didn't matter."

"Posizione dietro piazza del campo, camera spaziosa e pulitissima. Colazione al bar i 4 cantoni a 20 secondi a piedi dalla struttura, voto eccellente!! Personale educato, professionale e competente."

"Heat didnt work, it was FREEZING. Contact didnt seem to be local, seemed like they were managing remotely and couldnt or wouldnt send anyone to help. Nor did they really seem to care. Beautiful area though!"

"Everything was great. Check in was a bit confusing so make sure you have phone service to open the doors. "

"Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....

"Camera pulita, estrema disponibilità di chi ci ha accolto; possibilità di check in anticipato e di lasciare le valigie dopo il check out. Nella camera c'era tutto l'occorrente. Ottima soluzione per fermarsi a Firenze, che si può visitare spostandosi anche a piedi."
