"Nice rooms situated around small courtyards with fountains and fragrant vines (Jasmine?). A quiet oasis away from the busy streets of the city. Breakfast was very nice with both European and western food. Always had buffet to ourselves. The hotel was the best part of our visit to Firenze! Good restaurants close by and staff made good recommendations."

Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. We asked about laundry detergent for the machine (which was a great service) and they never responed to my questions nor provided the pods which whey said were in the unit. "This property was GREAT! We were only in Florence for 2 nights so we needed something reasonably priced & centrally located, this was incredible. So clean, so helpful & so kind. Reception even called us a Taxi to the train station!"

"The location was nice...walkable to most places and close to some good restaurants. Pretty lively area with some cool cafes and bars. The room was big, modern and clean. Nothing extravagant, and maybe a bit pricey in comparison to what I've paid for other hotels in Rome or Paris, but there was an AMAZING view of the river and city from the window and that is worth a little extra ;-) .
