"Very impressive! We received the notifications few days before arrival to remind us about the date and time.
Check-in process was quick and easy, service was great. The staffs were very friendly.
Room was large, nice and clean. They kept cleaning daily.
Great location and walkable to several attractions and to Santa Maria Novella train station. No need to drive at all.
Strongly recommend for this place. "
