"I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again. "

"Proprietor Angela was delightful. Happy hour on terrace with a fantastic view very special. Don’t be dissuaded by need to use monorail to bring bags up….there is a walkway thru the village that we took everytime after arrival. Explore Levanto & Borrasso too. "

"Loved the Villa Shelley! Stunning views, perfect stay! Anna was a delightful hostess. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The focaccia was homemade and amazing. "

"We only stayed one night at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and warm. They took the time to explain the details about the hotel and the village (Monterosso). They also explained getting around by train or boat to explore the villages. They were very knowledgeable. Should we come back to the region, we will definitely stay here again. Also they have great Julius Meinl coffee for anyone who likes good coffee!! As well, their dog, Elvis, is adorable! Thanks for everything!"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu le droit à un excellent accueil, un bon café et de très bons conseils sur la ville et sur les visites à faire. Je remercie d'ailleurs Guillermo et Anna pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils, sans eux notre séjour n'aurait pas été aussi agréable 😉. L'hôtel est quant à lui à taille humaine, en plein centre de la vieille ville, idéalement situé pour aller prendre un bateau, un train ou tout simplement pour...
