"This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!"

"Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura a Pasqua per due notti: il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibile pronta ad aiutarci e a darci consigli sul luogo. Abbiamo trovato la camera calda (i termosifoni sono regolabili), e con tutto quello che ci serviva. La colazione buona, abbiamo mangiato briosche, taleggio, pane fresco e marmellata (si poteva anche mangiare biscotti e fette biscottate). Il parcheggio è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Consigliato!"

"C’est un sans faute pour ce séjour en famille à Colico dans la très belle maison de Francesca ! Nous sommes restés une semaine dans ce petit paradis : calme, propreté et confort sont au rendez-vous. Les petits déjeuners sont d’une rare qualité et le choix change chaque matin, bravo ! Francesca est une hôte discrète mais aux petits soins. Nous recommandons à tout le monde cette expérience "

"A cozy, welcoming and friendly stay with great view of the lake. The host is amazing, going out of his way to make your stay the best it can be. The house is well kept, well-sized rooms, comfortable beds, good WiFi and great breakfast! Do book your parking lot in advance. There is free parking available nearby but few spots and you don’t want to be driving around looking for parking. We will certainly go back!"

"So we just finished our stay today 10-05-23. We stayed for several days. If you are apprehensive of a trip to Italy or a stay at B and B lake como put your fears away and book a stay! Very very clean and very modern! Way nicer than most places I have stayed in the USA. On a scale of 1 to 10 I vote a 10 plus!"

"They say Lierna is for travelers not tourists how true! From the very beginning we loved B&B in Maria villa! The home itself is a beautiful, stately manor. we were treated extremely well. We loved our room which looks over the lake especially the huge wooden sliding door that lets air in, but keep out bugs and sun sometimes when you don’t want it.
