"Epic decor"

"Beautiful room. Modern and spacious. Confortable king size bed. Walking distance to all the touristic places. Inexpensive parking in front of the building. Caferia on first floor. Slept with open windows. No AC, but not needed since our visit was at the end of September. Very very clean. Will stay again if we come back to Matera."

"It doesn’t get better than this! A big, bright, cheery room all colour coordinated, absolutely spotless. A balcony with a laundry line. A clean private bathroom with great water pressure. Great attention to detail: little bowls of snacks on your desk and water in your room fridge, a cute little welcome gift and even a little farewell one, too. A host (Natale) who is friendly and eager to please (he helped arrange for our tour of Matera) and knows his city well. Breakfast was abundant and...

"the room was clean. Breakfast was coffee tea and espresso. Biscuits and fruit and cereal. The place was hard to find with GPS. From main road turn right at Egpt gas station go 200 yards up and on your left.Owner very helpful with restaurants and about the Sasses. The Sasses are about 500 yards down the street on your right."

"Pleasant stay. Location was perfect. I was walking and the hill was tough but if you are in shape, it’s all good. Host speaks no English but his daughter is often there to translate."
