Rumah Penginapan di Palermo

"It was awful and frankly I want more money back. There were ZERO amenities, NO breakfast, no one working check in at the times they were supposed to be there, no one at desk, no one to let you in, doesn’t say what floor(s) they are in, people smoking, got loked out several times and locked in once. The only saving grace was Alessandro. If not for him, I don’t know what we would do. The owner, Giuseppe NEVER responded to us. He was only interested in his money. This was advertised as a bed &...

"This place was extremely difficult to leave. The view was gorgeous. The beach was beautiful with lots of lounge chairs. Twice a day we would walk into the old city. It is only a 20 minute walk. Cefalu is beautiful."

"Excellent location right in the heart of the pedestrian zone and right across the street from Teatro Massimo di Palermo. The rooms are beautiful and the hallways decorated with paintings and sculptures. Only negative was the limited check-in time which ends at 7:00 PM. Be sure to arrive early. Otherwise, highly recommended!"

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

"The location is practical since it is close to the central station. Nice large room and comfortable bed. It was the first time useing phone to unlock the door. I was ok once I received assistance from the owner."

"Very central, walking distance to all tourist attractions. Good size rooms"

"The location is great, and everything is within walking distance. The agent was also very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is quite spacious, but there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. The shower area also lacks a proper step or barrier to prevent water from running onto the bathroom floor. When we showered, water spread all over the floor, which made quite a mess. Overall, the location and friendly service were good, but the bathroom could use some improvements, especially with keeping...
