"Decent rooms but no coffee maker in standard room in a 4 star. Good outdoor pool. Fitness room equipment limited and some broken. Good breakfast buffet. Calls to reception from room yielded no results. Later found out they go to a central location rather to the staff in the hotel!"

"Terrible experience. - First hotel we have ever stayed at that charge guests to use the pool. Unbelievable - Leak in the bathroom which was reported however no action taken by staff - Main door to the room scraping against the floor and wouldn't open properly - No youtube on the smart TV - Same breakfast every day with limited options - Requested a complimentary late check-out only for a couple of hours however this was declined "

"Excellent location, friendly staff. It is a 2 Star so you get what you pay for but very clean and practical. Breakfast room is in basement with no windows but we had breakfast out most days. Roof terrace was under refurbishment. "

"The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, room and lobby decorated nicely. Breakfast was good. Great location close to shopping and cafes. The pool was very nice as was the spa. Only recommendation would be to include shampoo, conditioner lotion and makeup wipes or at least face cloths in the bathrooms - they are basic items which should be provided. "
