"When checking in I asked to placed in the front of the hotel staff said I was. I was placed to the side where electrical wiring and cell towers were. That really concerned me very much. "Excellent breakfast with items being replenished. Staff very kind and attentive. Rooms were great and well equipped (Dove products including lotion). The only one downside was the loud sound of hotel rooms closing late into the night and early in the mornings. The doors are made that way- if you are a light sleeper it can be annoying but overall not too bad. "

"The room was very clean and larger than I expected. The kitchen was complete with a full refrigerator, sink, and dishes. It was quiet, and breakfast was great. I would stay here again, unquestionably."

"Hi, my stay at Double Tree/Hilton Andover overall was good. The Hotel itself was was lovely, neat and clean. The spacious room was very neat and clean. I had trouble sleeping with such soft pillows, even when placing three pillows on top of each other. Also traveling with a seeing/walking impared person, it was difficult to enter the Hotel with the circular entry door. Only one person can fit in the small circular space. "The kitchen was equipped for light cooking. There is a walking area outside. Walking outside of the back entrance the grounds were littered with cigarette butts which are not friendly to dogs. You pay almost as much for the pet fee as you do for the nights stay the grounds should be monitored for cleanliness for people and pets. The area is great. "

"This is an older hotel, but the rooms are very nice and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The offerings at breakfast, which is included, offer more choices than most. There is road noise from the busy highway, but all of the hotels in the area have the same issue. It was nice here that there was a noise machine in the room."
