"Staff was great! Location was great. As for the hotel, only one elevator was working causing long delays if you didn't want to haul your luggage for many floors. The AC in our room never worked so the temperature was 24+c/75+f. Flooring was loose, moved and slid when stepped on so we had to be care when walking around. Breakfast was good and they had nice underground parking both for a fee. "

"Customer service was excellent. I was able to check in earlier than the posted check in time. The property smelled and looked clean always. My room was cleaned daily. The decor is modern and really chic. The only thing that took some getting used to was how small the shower was but besides that I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The a/c didn’t work in the room. They came to try and fix it but couldn’t so had to control it from Reception during our stay! Breakfast seemed very expensive for a 4 star hotel."

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."
