Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Puerta de Tierra

"The location is great!!! 17 acres, lots of space to walk around! Staff is super helpful. Many eating options right on property! Pool is great and nice beach area."

"We stayed 6 nights in October. Check-in was easy, they sent a code for the door al. The place was a good base for our trip around San Juan."

"Overall, this was a perfectly functional room and provided everything we needed. We loved the amount of bathrooms, beach supplies, amenities, balcony, and thoughtful welcome snacks. Our only feedback is that the rooms could have benefited from some upkeep and repair (loose faucets, broken drawers, fridge leaks and freezes, etc). However, these needed repairs did not keep us from enjoying our stay; we had a truly wonderful time and would stay here again!"

"Super cute, at peast i have one more place to stay in other times"

"Excellent inexpensive get away."

"I loved being by the ocean. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect. There was always a clean room with toiletries"

"Our stay was wonderful; the staff were always helpful. The hotel was always clean, also housekeeping was always diligent upon request. Breakfast,"

"The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and very professional. The breakfast was fresh, well-cooked, and everything was fresh. The only problem was the side area of he hotel because the water from Laguna was overflowing the street. The valet parking employees were very professional and helpful."

"Nice hotel, but pricy for what they offer. Small Rooms with almost no view for of anything. On one side you look to a burgerking and have the fan and generator noises. So the balcony cant even be used."

"Great staff, nice room."
