"This was my first inclusive resort and I'm so glad I chose Hyatt Vivid. The staff was wonderful. I wish I could remember the name, but I can't. I went solo for my birthday. I had a mishap or misunderstanding, but Cristina, the manager, was the best and she was able to call and talk me through what happened.
