"The Tortuga bay suite is right by the street so you hear the street noise until about 10:30pm on workdays and about 11:30pm on a Friday. The air conditioner doesn’t work well. It makes a noise at night and is quite disturbing. With the many mosquitoes, we could not open the windows and it was quite a terrible experience to sleep at night. "Our stay at the Maidith Galapagos Inn was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s general manager, and the entire staff made us feel less like guests and more like family. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast each morning was excellent. What made the experience especially memorable, however, was the genuine warmth and care shown by everyone at the hotel. The general manager was always generous with his time and local knowledge. He answered our many questions, helped us make the most of our days on Santa Cruz, and pointed us to the right local contacts when we needed something. On one stressful occasion, when we left an important item in a remote part of the island, he went far beyond anything we could reasonably have expected, helping us explore possible ways to locate it and coordinating assistance with other parties that ultimately led to its recovery. We were incredibly grateful! We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, entire Maidith team, for making our time in Puerto Ayora so special!"

"Super bel hôtel très charmant. C’est très propre et les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est vraiment gentil. Pas très loin de marche de la Station Darwin et de l’artère principale d’Ayora. Les déjeuners sont très bons. Nous le recommandons fortement malgré le fait que le dernier soir, l’hôtel a été privé d’électricité. Mais ce n’était pas la faute du personnel de l’hôtel. Ils sont bien gérés la situation."
