Beautiful resort in a quiet part of Tenerife. Hotel was great but the staff - from the bar staff restaurant check in - each and everyone one of them made this trip. They were first class - kind friendly hard working and personable. Hard to ever anywhere in the world where the staff were this attentive. A credit to the hotel and their management team.

It was a quiet and comfortable property. The staff were lovely - lots of Christmas activites while we were there and we we always included. We enjoyed the padel and tennis courts.

We highly recommend this resort. The views are amazing, staff is very helpful and friendly! Everything is clean, breakfast is good, pool area and bar are great. For us (a couple working remote) it was perfect; wi-fi connection in the room was a bit poor, but faster in the bar area. We really enjoyed night games with Richi, the entertainer, who is very joyful and funny. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay at this resort and it is worth 5 starts.

Okay for a family holiday

Hotel was okay for a family holiday. There is no beach and the surrounding beaches are not usable due to sewage contamination. Pool area is lovely and the gardens are very nice. Public areas are nice, there is a small kids club hidden near lobby. The rooms are very dated, floors and walls very stained and dirty, and the mattresses old. Food was okay, lots of fresh fish which was nice. Not very much variety always, especially breakfast items always the same. Half board doesn’t include drinks. Pool bar is good. Area is quiet, but you can walk into town and to the animal park and surrounding restaurants etc. overall we had a nice holiday
