"The food was okay. The resort is a bit small,the pool is nice and the rooms are clean."

"great place but all excursions were very expensive and well as product in their gift shops. Food was good somedays and then not the next. breakfast was the best meal of the day. Steakhouse was better and Landshark was probably the best all around food. Taxi's are ridiculously expensive $80 Canadian for 20min drive uber much cheaper but some places you cannot get an uber back as not allowed in certain areas. Staff were amazing but no beach here"

"It was a great stay at Grand Residences. Only thing that took us. by surprise was the fact that there were only 2 restaurant options. We were there only for 3 night so it didn't make a whole lot of difference for us. Buffet is always an option we look for to eat variety of food. Our Concierge Melissa Nunez was super helpful during the stay. Helped us with all our questions and also ordered a special meal with Lobster for our anniversary dinner night. Adult Pool bar close at 5pm which is a bummer. I would expect it to open at least until 10pm or considering how good of a weather it is. Overall a good place to stay you are going for relaxation."

"Loved the pool, i wished they would play music by the pool so we can vibe but it was ok still"

"Overall we had a great experience. Who made it memorable was Yael Coba. She was wonderful and took care of every need we had plus more. We will remember her forever. Even though we are rating it a 5, we did not like the mini bar. I had to call and chat several times just so they would bring us a beer. For an all inclusive, you should stock with beer even after you have requested it. The last two out of three days no beer was stocked in the mini bar"

"The only thing I did not like was the fact that no one came to clean my room during my entire stay. Other than that, the resort was perfect"
