"Rooms were awesome! You can't beat either the beach view or mountain view! We personally loved the mountain/jungle view from our room. They were clean, the staff was great and the onsite amenities were awesome! Especially the pool!"

"I was told there were salsa lessons every day at 630pm, but they were canceled, or the instructor was a no-show a couple of nights, and there was no announcement or anything made, so I was waiting around the pool to start the lessons for nothing. Lost water pressure the last night we were there, starting about 11 pm- 4 am (when we left for the airport), and were told by the front desk at check-out that a pipe burst outside. Even the bathrooms in the lobby and casino were blocked off, and we had to wait until we arrived at the airport to use the bathroom and wash our hands. Other than that, friendly, nice staff, and great property"
