Love. The Hotel was really clean . Staff was really nice. The only downfall of it is we did not have hot water to take a shower For Three Days. That’s The Only thing That. I would really see wrong with it.

The hotel was nice and clean , the help was very helpful and kind they go the extra step to make you fell at home, we loved the view from the room it was spectacular, the room had coffee and great ac We are going back stain soon

Nancy and Martin were amazing….. because of their hospitality I would definitely recommend and stay here again. There are a lot of stairs but the amazing views made it worth it. I absolutely loved the boutique hotel design concept in a quiet neighbourhood. Made it feel like a great getaway after spending the days in the busy Romantic Zone. I spent most evenings on the balcony enjoying the sea view, nightly sunsets and fireworks. Cannot wait to return.

I lost about $1000 after passing out for two days 10/14 ~10/15) in the room. At first the night time front desk guy had told me the maid had asked me two different times if I need room cleaned, but I just say no (I’ve no re collection of this part, could be still under effect whatever agent) But upon checking the trash bag when I came to, it was emptied (which was a bit full on 14/10 before I went out) Also, the changes I left in an tip envelop was also gone. (I definitely don’t like to carry like 25 coin Peso with me) One more strange thing, the safety deposit will only light up the “8” numeral, while all other 9 digits stay dim when pressed and didn’t make beep sound. Before I had passed out, any digits will light up, and after when the front desk guy showed me one of the key can also the safety deposit, all lights responded again. When I asked the guy to call police for help, he actually asked me to call them MYSELF?? So I waited until morning, and finally called 911. Three police came, but in the down stair CCTV did show an unknown guy left me outside, so Captain Hugo wasn’t interested to pursue any further. I need to add, the hill to this hotel should not be attempted unless you are into extreme sports, since it’s about half the height of Miradors (I’m not kidding), and really dark. This might explains why police weren’t interested and just left. There are good/bad people in the world, and I really have no idea the real bad players in this story.

La habitación que había reservado con vista al mar, no fue así al llegar al lugar hice la observación al Personal, que había reservado habitación deluxe con vista al mar y se me informó que se asignan de manera aleatoria, los días si estuve jamás hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, aparte para llegar al Lugar es demasiado caminar y muchas escaleras y tu que soy una persona con discapacidad fue complicado, creo es importante avisar de es situación para que la gente con discapacidad tome las medidas necesarias
