Habitación en mal estado... Muebles viejos... no está insonorizadas las ventanas por lo que el ruido fue fatal... Se escapaba por el piso el agua de la regadera hacia el wc y se hacía un charco, osea nadabas mientras ibas a evacuar....

The room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful and spoke English well. The location was awesome. It was little shabby, but I didn't mind at all. Everything worked. I had a quiet room facing the courtyard. You can catch the bus across the street to the Botanical Gardens, which are lovely. I loved the churro guy a block away on the same street. I walked to the beach to swim everyday, which is a few blocks.There were tons of restaurants in walking distance. Tons of vegetarian and vegan options. Almost everyone in this neighborhood seems to speak English. There's a nice yoga studio around the corner (class was entirely in English). I ate at Jerusalem Express, Te quiero verde, Makal, all very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful and informative when asking about things to do, and food reccomendations. Ac worked well and beds were comfy. I will gladly stay here again.

Staff were courteous and helpful. The linens and towels were sun dried and had a wonderful fresh smell. My suite was clean and comfortable with the amenities of home, fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cooktop and utensils, and 1 1/2 baths. Located a short walk from the Malecon, near wonderful restaurants and entertainment venues. Authentic Mexican Breakfast available daily for a small fee and complementary coffee available when you wake each morning available in the lobby or by the pool. Bath in the sun, have an afternoon siesta by the rooftop pool, or ask for a beach towel at the front desk and head to the beach. Located in the Romantic Zone you will experience street noise, traffic, and the flavor of Mexico outside of a cookie cutter resort. This hotel is modestly priced, set your expectations accordingly. I enjoyed my two week stay and look forward to returning next December.

Plumbing was a problem. There was hot water for the shower, but not for the wash basin in the bathroom. Thus, no hot water for shaving. Wash basin drain was plugged up. Air conditioner was very confusing. It needs clearer instructions. Ceiling fan only worked with the light on- not good at night. The bathroom needs hooks to hang towels. There were two very nice bath towels but no place to hang them. My room, however, was quiet and clean. I didn't use the pool. It looked clean. Great little hot breakfast.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooftop area was a great spot to unwind, and everything was kept spotless. I appreciated the calm atmosphere and the professional service. Definitely recommended.

What I liked: Such a friendly welcome and goodbye from Diego who made me feel appreciated and welcomed. The location is great for walking to the beach, a plethora choice of restaurants, shopping, comfortable mattress, actual hot water in the kitchen sink and shower, water cooler in the hallway to refill your bottle, full dishes etc., spacious room with 2 bathrooms. I was not fond of the old air conditioner that I had to manually open the vent so cold air could get out, it also looked dirty and old on the inside. However I would most certainly return.

Good AC, refreshing pool. Pool table was fun but was a bit wonky, balls didn't roll as expected. No room fridge and no exterior view from my room. Comfortable and quiet through the night.

A fantastic experience overall. Great water pressure, comfortable bed, and fast Wi-Fi. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely stay again.

We had to move 3 times the first room was dirty and did not look like the pictures that were in website. We checked the ratings and all looked good. We paid for breakfast and should NOT have done so. Stag for the most part are great but we had to ask many times for things like TV, lamps, light bulbs cleaning, few towels in first room, area nexts to be renovated which they did while we were there but sorry we already saw the place. The pictures on the website was for one of the rooms on the 3rd floor but we did not see it as it was occupied. We spoke to a young woman next to ours and she said she cried for days as that’s how bad it was for them. They did get used to it and accepted it. Another couple mentioned how they were showing their kids the other side of life before they went to an all inclusive. Showing them all people do not live like them

Cockroaches!!! We had originally booked 2 nights but our flight was cancelled and, maybe a sign, we flew in the next day. It was late and we were really tired so we stayed the night. We did not sleep good at all. You go to bed and wake up to little critters crawling all over you. We checked out the next morning but did express our displeasure to the front desk. Also we had to park in front of the hotel since their garage gate was not working and you couldn’t enter the lot. if I could I would rate it at Zero stars!

I'm giving it a 4 because Luis if I'm not mistaken I think that was his name saved our VC, first the place doesn't look like in the pictures in the front lobby, second I picked up my room and the staff at the front desk gave us a box a room with no windows and no table by the bed or outlet to plug my CPAP machine, asked the front desk for help and he was very helpful and moved us to another room but then this room ac wasn't working I went back down few times and nothing was done asked him to get me a different room and he needed to ask the owner but I guess the owner didn't care about her customers! so we couldn't sleep that night!!! In the morning I booked another hotel and when I went down to let the front desk know, Luis 🤔 was covering the morning shift and right away took care of the situation, gave us a upgraded room something that could have been done the night before and saved our VC. Thank you Luis.
