"My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! "

"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. "I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. "

"The room was cozy and clean, safe and walkable area of Ballard. Very communicative and easy to get in and check out. Nice to have the mini fridge and small kitchenette in the room. They give you ear plugs since it is a shared building with other suites, which was a nice touch. Everything I needed for a quick stay."
