Lo mejor las cenas en los restaurantes a la carta, el personal, y las instalaciones. Lo peor la bebida, pasabas el día bebiendo alcohol y no te emborrachabas. Los precios de las tiendas eran desorbitados. La cultura guiri de las propinas no la entendí. No habia muchos huespedes jovenes, era un publico muy mayor, pero habia trabajadores muy guapos.

The room was so clean. The bed was a lottle hard and they were having some problems with hit water. But everyone was very nice and what ever we needed they got us. The evening events were a little tough to figure out sometimes bit there was lot so we got to a gew. All the restuants had amazing food and amazing staff

I liked this place for the price point. It was a great place to go for a long weekend with friends. Clean rooms, attentive staff. Again, for the price we paid this place was excellent!!

The beach was beautiful. The room was okay, there was water leaking around the toilet which was kind of annoying. The blanket / comforter wasn’t comfortable as well. They can also upgrade their press for clothing it’s kinda old. Mini shuttles to the beach were helpful. Aquamarine also did not have elevators. Buffet food personally was not the best. Had a good time with excursions but would not go back.

Limbo *CONS: No bandaid anywhere ( We asked at different lobbies, the pharmacy but nothing ) Most staff are super serious, won't even say hi or good morning Need more options for snacks that aren't deep fried , something other than hot dogs/hamburgers One lady working at the grill snack next to the pool was super rude ro my husband when he asked if she could please warm up the bun for his hamburger for a minute (she rolled her eyes ) People smoking everywhere .... there should be designated areas for it. Cleanliness of rooms was average, if not below average as some areas in the shower were moldy and one of my pillows smelled bad, so I had to set it aside . Rooms are outdated and basic for a 5 star hotel. Food was okay at the buffet but on one occasion it wasnt even hot .

The only way the bed gets made, towels gathered up and replaced, floors gets properly swept, coffee and sugar gets filled is if tips are left out... Considering I was told it was all inclusive I tested to see if anything would get done without any tips couple days. Nothing happened on the days I didn't tip.

It was great..until we upgraded to Ambar, which was a waste of 800 cdn!! We were told our upgrade would be inclusive of premium drinks everywhere in the resort!

Room was dated, water pressure low and temperature was scalding even on cold setting. The AC fan worked well but was moldy and gave us sore throats.

Our initial impression was not great due to Juan at the check in desk treating us with a pompous attitude. He rushed through our check in, barely providing us with information about facilities and restaurants, etc. Fortunately, the rest of the staff were wonderful and friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. The food here is very good, and the room (junior suite) was comfortable, if a little worn, and had all that we needed. We loved spending time at the pools. The activities staff do a great job of keeping people engaged and having a good time. Or, if you prefer, you can find a quiet spot at the end of the pool area to just lay out and catch some rays. The beach is pretty nice, but we didn’t spend time there as we preferred the pools. We would stay here again.

They were not able to find us a ground floor room with two double beds which we requested months before. Jacuzzi bathtub in 85109 was disgustingly dirty. Beds were hard received a mattress topper for one of our rooms never received for the second room despite many requests. Pool loungers were very low to the ground and also hard. On the other side food was amazing the Italian restaurants absolutely the best. Your team drivers are amazing. Would come back but with cushions to sit on!

It was really difficult to get help with any issues we have during our stay. Simple things like need clean towels was never resolved. I even called the manager who stated that he would take care of it ASAP but never did. In our bathroom there was a cockroach. I will never again stay there.
