An excellent place to relax and have a great time—whether with family, a partner, or friends. The food was excellent; all the restaurants were very good—especially if you book through the Preferred Club. My concierge, Albert, was always attentive and responded to everything very quickly. Additionally, Angely from the Preferred Club was excellent at making drinks and was great to talk to. Gabriel, from the beach snack area, was also fantastic. Overall, the service was excellent. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

We absolutely loved this resort! The room was always spotless and very spacious. The food was fantastic. The pools and beach were lovely. We never had any trouble finding chairs. But what truly made our trip unforgettable were the staff. They really made our vacation special. We brought our 10-year-old daughter and 9-year-old nephew, and they never complained of boredom or used electronics at all during the week! It was an amazing vacation.
