I had a great experience staying here. The decor was beautiful and gave the hotel a really welcoming feel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff aren’t very friendly in all places and not all have great English, tips are expected to get better/friendly service. Our server at the sports bar was very unpleasant. Several people in my group had issues with their rooms, but ours was great! Housekeepers were very friendly, and easy check in. The resort itself was huge and close to the water! Food was average, and drinks were great :)

Loved the stay at this hotel. We recived a room upgrade which was very much appropriate since it was 5 steps away from the beach. Edwin or concierge was amazing. He helped daily with restaurant reservation,checked in to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The coffee shop also made amazing coffee.

The Perfect, The good and The bad. Perfect - Cleanliness all around, Strong WIFI in the whole resort, Service was great. Good - good but limited entertainment, may be its due to off season(Nov, 2025); food quality was very good, but labels were all messed up, so be aware if you have specific dietary requirements; Bathrooms were clean but dated. Bad - The check in process was extremely slow. This needs improvement. it took us more than 1.5 hours to get us checked in to our rooms.
