This is my 4th time staying here and it was by far the worst. The staff at the reception Antonio and Domingo are great but the room let me down. The couch had bed bugs which bit me all over and when I reported it I was told housekeeping was coming and to not use the room. They never showed up and after being in that room for a week with a week to go it was too much of a hassle to change rooms especially with the events that I had going on. This was my honeymoon and going around with large itchy bumps for a week was disappointing. I sprayed the couch down including the bed which I believe had some in it too but not as much as the couch. I sprayed the bed down nightly and did not use the couch again which is when I stopped getting bitten. I don’t know if I will start again. The last three times were great. Don’t know if I want to take that risk of going through that again.

The security guard was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The unit we were in was outdated, we only received housekeeping once, because we offered to pay more, in the two weeks we were there. We had I ask for clean towels. We had no hot water, ac kept breaking down and we had a cockroach get in due to the big gap between our door and the outside. One housekeeper and front staff was okay, along with the guy who had to keep fixing our AC.

Dear Allysa, even if you have chosen the economy studio, our smallest unit, we guarantee cleaning twice a week and complete towels and linens changes once a week. To enter in the unit we ask always for permission. Unfortunately you never was available. Please consider we clean 60 units with excellent results. About AC, all our units have it and in case of necessity we repair it immediately with our internal maintenance team. Of course also in this case we need your authorisation to enter and you weren't available within working ours. Please next review be more transparent. Regards

Pool needed some cleaning, restroom should be available for clients near the pool area. Restroom sink would clogged couldn’t brush our teeth we had to do it with the shower head.

Die Unterkunft ist ca 300 Meter von Los Corales Beach Village weit weg und die ist komplett veraltet und nicht sauber , am Abend kann man kaum schlafen weil dauernd Autos hupen und leute schreien vor dem Apartment. Fenster kann man im Bad nicht zu machen da kann jeder reinkommen ohne Probleme die Eingangstür kann man auch mit einem messer aufmachen ohne Probleme. Was mir gefallen hat ist die Lage und nähe von Strand das wirklich wunderschön aber diese Unterkunft nie wieder.

If you like the reservation in this place, you must ask about your rights. For example, I asked about breakfast after three nights. Is breakfast included in the reservation? They answered me yes, it is included., The first day of my reservation, I wanted to take a shower. There was no hot water because the employee did not turn on the heater, and we do not know where to turn it on. As for the towels, after three days, I needed to change the towels. When I asked the employee about the towels, she did not give them to me until after she entered the house and checked the number. She gave me the dirty towels and the clean ones. I felt like she thought I would sell the towels even though every time I asked for something I tipped., I could not use the swimming pool until after 3 days, and they were unable to use it because it needed to be cleaned

The hotel its self is not bad. But the employees are horrible specially JOSE the so called manager. We asked for toilet paper at 8 am it was 11:30 when we returned to our room and there was still no toilet paper. Upon calling front desk I asked Jose for toilet paper and he told me that was not included in my package that I was lucky he was even going to give us some. When house keeping came she said it was included and she didn’t know why he was saying that. 4th day here today and they still haven’t came to clean the room. There was a bag of garbage in your closet and empty water bottles in the fridge I approached him about that too and it was never picked up. The air conditioner did not work and it was a mission trying to get someone to come clean it. The nicest here I would say is the young man at the entrance letting you in. Avoid JUAN if you ever stay here.

Nice play to stay at; very close to the beach and dining options. They did not come to clean the room as often as they said they would. But rooms are very nice and clean. Kitchen has a lot of nice kitchenware. There is not much going on around the resort so perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing stay. There are some bars close by and some restaurants have live music. Because most people stay in all inclusive resorts, that’s the place you need to be for a bit more excitement I think

The location and private beach accessibility was amazing. The property on the outside was beautifully kept and the pool was clean and looked okay (although we did not use it). The gentleman who worked the office was fantastic and friendly. Also, the young man who took us to our room and security guard was great and their presence was always welcoming. I would say most of the staff was very welcoming and always said hello and had smiles on their faces. The only staff that did not seem as such was the cleaning crew. Our stay was 5 nights and we came to the conclusion that we probably would pick different accommodations if we were to visit again. The biggest issue we had with the villa we stayed was the cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival we had ants all over the place and visited the local mini market to purchase bug spray. On night two we discovered two very large cockroaches in the bathroom area and day four another smaller size one. Now this is a tropical place so bugs are to be expected at times. However, it’s just not something you wish to find in your room especially when there is no food or trash laying around. The other issue was that you can tell that the cleaning crew does the bare minimum. Towels were hard to get and room cleaning happened day four. Simply changed the sheets gave two towels for 3 people, swept, and not a smell of any cleaning product in the room. Walls, floors, and fixtures were dirty from day 1. Cleanliness is key. Simple room updates are needed.

So close to the beach and we like this area - we've stayed in this area before, close to shops, pharmacy, market, restaurants - Los Corales has it's own private beach area with loungers which was really nice too.

The places advertised for 2 restaurants however there is only 1. The building are very outdated, they need entire Reno, all the room are outdated and there is a lot of false advertising and information. However it’s very safe with security 24/7. Fun excursion to do.

There were several small parts of the apartment which were damaged. There was no soap to wash dishes, and there was only one pot to cook. Additionally the view was not exactly what was advertised. However, the beach was beautiful and the environment in general was very nice.

We loved the beach and the ocean colors but the 1 bedroom place we stayed only had a small coffee pot and tiny fridge and freezer not even a microwave no communication from office on maintenance or cleaning of facilities

Our apartment was large and well-design. Cosy and clean. The beds were very big and very comfortable. Clean bedlinen and towels. Everywere pretty curtains and windows to open. Nice view to the beach. The beach was nice and clean. Enough sunbeds available. Frienly beachman. Unfortunately, it is a little worn out. Missing door knobs, cupboard doors that don´t close etc. It didn´t bother us much - But it could be a real GEM

The property was clean on the outside and inside however there is a very bad smell during evening hours, and also cacarous in the bathroom. The receptionist was very professional and polite (sorry I don’t remember your name) the security guys was amazing he give me a little turn around the hotel and my apartment. It was very uncomfortable to be walking at the beach during night time and have guys approaching to ask if I need it company or if they couldn’t get my phone number, even the security guards that was on duty at the secure station at the beach asked me if I need someone to spend the night or just to talk, at that point I just went to my apartment. Tourist should be treated with respect, this type of behavior was unacceptable, not sure if Los Corabes owner hire their security personnel however this was unacceptable. Villa Blanca Restaurant was great, coffee, cocktails and dinner dishes were great, breakfast was ok. I went to the spa and got a nice discount, staff could be more friendly but the service was very good.

We had a nice stay, front desk staff helpful, rooms were dated but ok. When I booked this vacation, I did so through Expedia and I would have them add to your ad that if you book a room at Los Corales upon check in you will be charged $7/person per day for electricity in your room. I had read this in reviews of the resort so we knew about this charge before check in. Also that housekeeping is done every 2-3 days - Expedia advertises as daily.

Me quedé en la cabaña 35, no había plancha, la TV no servía, los sillones estaban un poco sucios. No hay microondas, ni estufa. Solo una cafetera y nevera chica. No era algo que me molestara, pero considerar para sus viajes. El lugar el hermoso y tranquilo, la playa tiene muchas algas, considerar limpiarla con frecuencia.
