"I was upgraded to the Mirage. Everything was great and the property was beautiful. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 is that we had an issue with the ac in the room and shower handle fell off. Also had very little assistance from the butler"

"We really loved the property, I have never seen such a great breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet in the main restaurant. Room and private pool were great. spa treatment was amazing. However, inconsistencies in service across the board (example: some guests were allowed to have breakfast outside before 7:30, some others while holding their baby needed to wait until exactly 7:30) and the overall cleanliness of the main pools (often accompanied by loads of bird poop) are simply unacceptable for a hotel with this rating and price point. Housekeeping seemed to be all over the place, same with bellhops and “Finest Club” amenities/service at the pool and beach."

"Be cautious with your reservation details, as inaccuracies can lead to significant upselling. I made my booking through Expedia, ensuring I included my children's ages. However, upon arrival at the hotel, my twelve-year-old son was charged as an adult, and I suspect there were additional hidden fees as well. I went from 2600 to over 4k just for my room stay. Pissed off and Expedia couldn’t help either. "
