"El espacio en general muy bien, amplio y buenas propuestas. El servicio estuvo bien, gente muy amorosa como Ashley de la recepción y luego gente muy antipatica principalmente en el desayuno buffet. Lo que quiero resaltar es la terrible experiencia que tuve en el Spa, saque un masaje de 80 minutos y a los 15 minutos se empezaron a escuchar gritos de niños - dejaron entrar a los hijos de los dueños al spa!! Un lugar para relajarse… fue terrible, no pude relajarme, mi amiga me esperana en la zona de aguas y la paso fatal los chicos tirandose a la pileta… muy muy mala experiencia, el masaje bastante malo también y pobre atencion. Mas alla de eso el hotel estuvo muy bien y nos gusto mucho quedarnos! "

"The resort was great. I never had to search for a seat at any pool or beach. My butler Oliver was amazing. The rest of the staff could use some hospitality training. The restaurants were mediocre at best, but the buffet rocked. Drink service at the pools and beach could have been better and having paid for Unique I was surprised how sparce service was in those locations. The many of the bathrooms were not cleaned regularly. None of this is meant as a slam, just constructive criticism. We will be back."

"We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. My massage on the beach was amazing! Loved having our own pool. Food was great at the Asian restaurant. Buffet was good- definitely enjoyed lunch buffet more. Was hoping for better music around the pool and better selection of drinks but we also mostly stayed by the pool bar. Staff was lovely! Our in room fridge was not cool and we couldn’t find ice so that sucked. Overall, enjoyed our time and would go back. "

" This resort does not take nut allergies serious! My dtr had an anaphylaxis reaction bc they gave her food with nut in it, after waiters & staff were made fully aware of my dtr nut allergy & ticket on the table stating Allergy to Nuts"
