The resort is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and it has a lot of amenities. The food was pretty decent with lots of variety but if you weren't in the Priveledge section it was difficult to get reservations at the a la carte restaurants.

Although this property was beautiful, to me there wasn't much to do. My family sat in a 4 hour presentation of the workers trying to convince them to join the Premium package. The food ay the buffet was good in the morning, but for lunch and dinner it wasn't great. The staff was really friendly. Unfortunately me and my fiancé had bed bugs

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive! they really made the experience feel special. The food exceeded our expectations, with plenty of variety and consistently great quality. We especially loved spending time at the beach, which was absolutely beautiful and quickly became our favorite spot to relax. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and we’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

After my wife got over her fear of cats, we had an enjoyable time. The coffee shop started our mornings off with an amazingly friendly staff member that was awesome. The Michael Jackson show was 8.5 out of 10. Really impressed!

Overall the property was well maintained, safe, and beautiful. There was plenty to do onsite! However, as a "Privilege" guest with premium services, our initial concierge failed to provide us the proper access pass to recieve the premium services. I was utterly disgusted when I told they would not serve us. It was embarrassing!

The resort was good, had a lot of fun spent 5 nights. The food was good, the resort is big and the beach was close. I would go back it was very nice for me and my wife on her birthday. Only negative thing i would say is that we were not aware that there was a “privilege” part where they get special treatment such as top shelf liquor. That kind of threw us off because had that been known before we would’ve thought more about it. Also the gym was being reconstructed the whole time of my stay so I couldn’t workout which kind of hurt a little. Overall, it was a fun time and a memory we’ll never forget

My husband and I visited for 7 days in mid May . The property was immaculate. We were looking for a relaxing trip to decompress and we did just that. The pool was refreshing but the water got very warm in the afternoon. The swim up bars and alfresco bar helped cool you down with frozen drinks. They did fun activities pool side and I can't say enough about the entertainment staff. They worked long hours in the heat and were always courteous with visitors. They also served a Dominican lunch pool side. Taco day was my favorite. Get up in the morning and get an umbrella pool side by placing your blue towel on the chairs. You will see people with inflatable tubes with a net to lounge on in the pool, bring one with you and you will save yourself a lot of money They are 35 dollars in the store. The food, my husband loved it, I was sick of it by day 4. But the fresh pineapple and other fruit were every meal and so sweet. I miss that now. Over all we would definitely go back.

The staff was very professional and nice . The food was ok best restaurant was the steak house .. the room needs to be upgraded furniture was very old . The room smelled like sewage!!! And wasn’t clean as expected. The music options sucked in the club and on the resort . They only played and performed Spanish music . I feel like being that it’s a resort with Diffrent cultures they should play a variety . Most of the activities was closed on the resort or under construction

We had such a great stay! The service was excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were all so kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can really tell they care about their guests. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping our room clean and refreshed every day. Everything was always well taken care of. The only small downside was that our room usually got cleaned in the afternoon, which wasn’t always the most convenient for us. I also want to give a special shoutout to two wonderful buffet servers. Digna, our favorite dinner server, was absolutely amazing. She was so warm and attentive. There was also another lovely lady who worked in the same area during breakfast and lunch. I wish I remembered her name. Both of them truly made our dining experience extra special and something we looked forward to every day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This trip was one for the books! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and offered mimosas! We were then escorted to the check in office and the friendly women provided a map of the resort along with some helpful information to connect to WIFI, meal tunes, etc. They informed us that we’d board a trolley to our building and our luggage delivered to our rooms - SHOUT OUT to Felix (and all the other trolly drivers!) The resort is nice, rooms were nice and overall very clean - SHOUT OUT to our housekeeper Carmen a very humble, sweet women! There was so much to see and do on the resort that you didn’t have the desire to venture out of it! The pools are HUGE so no bumping against people. The live entertainment and crowd hype was enjoyable - SHOUT OUT to Chippy, Monarca, Happy, Lebron and the others (can’t remember there names). The pool towel women, Isabel, was a doll, the pool bartenders were down to earth and didn’t skim on making very good cocktails - SHOUT OUT to Manuel & Benvenido (aka Smiley!). Let me NOT forget my favorite Bartender though who served up the best Mojito’s (and sang some tunes!) in the main lobby lounge - SHOUT OUT to Alexander aka Mr. Sexy Black!! As for the buffet meals… the staff service phenomenal - SHOUT OUT to Alexandra, Mannaury, Yunrica & Roberto, Robinson & Daniel - food options were great and the food delicious! Mike Coffee House is a must too - SHOUT OUT to Christobal! Listen - just STOP! This is where you want to stay and ENJOY!!
