The spa was great and my deep tissue massage was awesome!!
The hot tubs were luke warm at best and never warmed up. The steam room was perfect though.
The room was so nice! The swimup was great and the grounds were super green and beautiful.
The food!! I had Elite status (highly recommend) The Japanese restaurant was excellent as well as the dining at the main buffet. The steak house was not that great.
Go to the Elite restaurant near the the front lobby for steaks.(although extremely tasty the meat is a bit tougher to chew).
The sports bar was ok, but they need to keep the nats out of the food protectors.
Can be a real turn off.
I never got to through to room service nor did I get to visit the Italian restaurant.
The morning breakfast was absolutely delicious!!! Dining out side was the best and so were the servers!!! TIP THEM WELL!!!
THE BEACH WAS AMAZING!!
The water was turquoise, blue and green. The seaweed was nil to none and the sand was clean, soft and white. There are a few waves but easy to navigate.
The Elite cabanas were great for relaxing. Beach chairs are numerous but get there early. Elites have a private beach bar as well!
I didn't get in the bar pool, the water was cloudy and crowded. However, the salt water pool looked good.
The elite bar off the lobby was nice and the drinks were strong! Unfortunately, the blended drinks were full of ice chunks. So don't get those there. Go to the beach bar for that. The coffee stand is great. Go early!
