Report was spotless. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to go the extra mile. If you are traveling without kids spend the extra on the excellence club. Our junior suite was wonderful.

The room was nice. They still make guests with the all inclusive plan sign the bill or scan their wrist bands which is hassle. It annoyed us quite a bit. The resort overall is very nice but it would be nicer if we didn’t have to worry about the bill with the all inclusive plan
