"This resort is one of my favorite vacation spots! I love the slides, multiple pool options, cafeteria, restaurants, gym space, resort layout, beach hammocks, and beach itself. We went during sewers season so the beach water wasn’t too clean to swim in. The few things that made my review lose a star: the weird smell from a couple pillows in our room, lack of having a toothbrush when forgotten, stains on 2 of our towels, lack of an airport shuttle, and fingerprints/stains on the glass cups from the cafeteria. I would still visit this resort again in the future though!"

I loved all the natural beauty throughout the hotel. It felt like the hotel was carved into the jungle. It was very relaxing to walk and be able to enjoy all the greenery, palm trees, flowers, trees of so many spices, birds, even iguanas! The beach was gorgeous! Plenty of lounging chairs everywhere. The room was excellent! It was clean, large, comfortable, absolutely nothing bad to say about it. We had a balcony that overlooked over one of the 2 very large pools."
