"We stayed at All Ritmo from July 15 through July 23. We had an amazing experience. I asked for an upgrade when we checked in and was given one for a small increase in price. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the beautiful clear blue waters. The room was enormous, with a beautiful balcony, a large bedroom with two queens beds, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom and walk in closet. "The staff was very friendly, our butler was amazing, anything we asked for he got done and in a timely manner. I also enjoyed the food. I didnt like that they kept coming in the room so often to clean and change the bed, even after you can see someone already cleaned. Also they took our towels and didnt replace them clean and dirty we had to keep requesting towels. They do have a button to press so they know when its ok to enter and not ok. "We had a lovely time at this resort! Before arrival, I had sent an email the FS butler team regarding wishlist and had done research on FB groups on this. Upon arrival, they did not disappoint. We were welcome into our room with lovely gifts for our kids, fruits and desserts on the table. Also, the provided many amenities for our kids that's tailored for kids.
