"The resort is clean and the food is very good with a variety. It is also nice there is plenty of space around the pool and beach. My biggest issue is we had to buy sunscreen from the gift shop. Two bottles were $89. I realize you pay a premium on location but this seems excessive. Overall a great resort just bring your own sunscreen. "

"Very relaxing couples only boutique resort! Excellent service from all staff and great food, top shelf liquor in your room. Always chaise lounges available on beach or by the pool. Will definitely come back! Property needs interior updating, it is old The staff does an amazing job keeping it clean and constantly repairing but owners need to invest in updating for this kind of money. Again, I will be returning, it was the most relaxing vacation and staff & service beyond 5 stars!"

"Great Hotel with so much to do ! You get butlers assigned with your room and they help you all throughout the day with room needs, restaurant reservations , spa reservations , pool bed reservations , etc . Anything you aren’t too sure about just text and ask your butler ! Food is great although some restaurants definitely better than others , multiple places to eat breakfast , lunch and dinner , definitely a big property but they have multiple cart drivers to take you all around and wherever you need to go just stop one and ask ! Overall a great experience had so fun , be sure to check out the other grand palladium property as you get access to most of their amenities when booking through Expedia . Big thanks to Estrella and Ana for being our butlers during our stay they were definitely a big big help ! "

"Loved our stay at SLS. All of the staff were amazing especially the bartenders in the Monkey Bar and in the pool bar. The staff bringing drinks on the beach were amazing as well and work so hard. The sand was great, the lounge chairs were fantastic and plentiful. Not a resort where you have to get up at 6am and save spots. Also, no towel cards, amazing and please never change it. The food at Ziggys was amazing, best guacamole ever. The booked restaurants were hit and miss, the Mexican food was not great, and most of the restaurants take 2 hours to eat and the food comes warm at best. The really only complaint was the music by the adult pool. It’s never ending overly loud and no one wants techno and house music from 10am-4pm. We just want to relax by the pool and on the beach. You can’t even drown out the music with headphones. I heard so many complaints by so many people, we asked but nothing was ever done about it. It’s ok to party by the pool but no one was into the music being played. Other than that, would highly recommend, but if the music doesn’t change it would probably stop us returning to this resort it was that bad. "

"As always we are very pleased with the hospitality provided by staff and management of All Ritmo. Since 2010 for many years we visited the resort with our daughters and their husbands and their children, our 5 grand kids. Weather, ocean, sand, sun and always smiling and helpful staff were the sure features that keep us coming back. Aqua Park, night shows, kids club, activities are additional aspects of our favourite place. And we know the comparisons, we were in few other beautiful resorts in Mexico but we will come back to All Ritmo…🏝️🏖️🐠"
