"All the staff were great! Only staff issue was with pool bartender, Leonardo, who needs some customer service training. Rooms were clean, restaurant was fabulous, very peaceful by the pool. Flowers and plants are gorgeous (great gardeners). There was an issue with the bill checking out (charged twice), which they rectified. Unfortunately, they have put a second charge through without any explanation or communication. This is very disappointing."

"I hate to leave bad reviews but I’ve given the hotel multiple chances to make right. Our stay started our great but ended in a near death experience. Our tower caught fire and no alarms went off, thank god for my husbands quick thinking and calmness we evacuated after a super bad electrical fire.sadly the hotel had zero safety precautions in place and if it wasn’t for our own quick thinking we could have died. "Stayed for 9 days. Resort is in immaculate condition. Staff is wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. Our Elevator down for entire trip - a bit of a hassle. Resort pricing for food and beverages a little outrageous. Early AM chair-saving got obnoxious bit staff eventually addressed it. Great location."
