Betty, the receptionist is a gift! Our stay was beyond expectations, the room, the location, just outstanding. We loved the view, the suite, and walking to the beach daily. It was perfect being away from the crazy party atmosphere of Cabo San Lucas. I don't think we will stay anywhere else.

What an amazing view! Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Loved hanging in the pool with a full ocean view. The restaurants next door were great. Very tasty cocktails and fresh seafood.

Outstanding service by our new friends Juan and Betty. Rooms were spotless, beach pristine, small market in walking distance. You really don't need anything! So quiet (other than an obnoxious mariachi band at a neighboring establishment one night) peaceful and serene. Staff is ultra accommodating. If you want action , take an uber to the chaos 30 minutes away! Quick drive from airport too!

The hotel is on the beach, yet when I went to the counter to report I was in the incorrect room, the employee looked at me like I was filthy for having sand on my feet. I had just come from the restaurant, which is directly behind the desk IN THe SAND. I got moved to another room before beong told I needed to pay more because my room has a couch. They are pressing me for $250 USD for a damn couch. My father had been having medical issues, so he was having prescriptions delivered. I was waiting downstairs and kept being approached about it. NO MEDICAL STAFF or equipment on hand. I did not even want to here any more, but my father was unable to transfer/relocate. Very uncomfortable stay. Restaurant was lower than sub par. Will never again stay here.

A new hotel right on the beach, literally steps from Cabo’s surf spots. Nice restaurant overlooking the beach and is next door to Zipper’s on the Beach, a Cabo classic.

Absolutely LOVED the penthouse room! It was very clean, very spacious, modern, provided everything we needed, comfortable bed, and had the biggest windows and balcony with the most AMAZING views! The balcony literally hangs right over the ocean..we enjoyed laying in the comfortable lounge chairs just taking it all in! We also loved the convenience of having restaurants right at the hotel on the beach and the food was soo good! Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Will def be staying here again in the future!

Do not even think of booking this hotel

This was beyond any doubt the worst, least friendly, poorest run hotel we have ever stayed at in Cabo, or just about anywhere else for that matter. The air conditioning was not functioning but the ac remote did change channels on the TV - at least that was amusing. By morning it sounded like parts were falling off internally. We told the clerk about the AC but he couldn't care less. We literally were the only guests in the hotel and he could have easily gotten us into a room with AC. It was 90 degrees that day and about that much humidity. My wife walked by an open utility closet and saw a fan. She asked if she could use it for 20 minutes as she was getting ready in the morning. The clerk said "no. It's being used..." it was unplugged and certainly not being used. There was much more that went wrong, but you can get the gist that this is not a place we would recommend to our worst enemy.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Cabo Break Hotel! Our favorite place ever. We cannot say enough great things. We prefer small boutique hotels over big resorts. We loved our suite over looking the ocean. The staff could not of been better! Miss Betty is amazing. Highly recommended!!!!

Very nice place. Right off the beach. A few restaurants are next to the hotel at walking distance. Staff was attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay at Cabo Break Hotel! The best hotel experience to date. The ocean front views, friendly and helpful staff, the location and the restaurants downstairs. Everything was wonderful and I’ll highly recommend this hotel to all of my friends visiting Cabo. 10/10 experience, 5 stars!!!! Juan at the front desk was the best and Rafael at the restaurant was so kind. Can’t wait to come back!

Disappointed

There was no outside sign indicating where the property was, we circled many times looking for the property. The restaurant was out of very many items at lunch and dinner, we ended up going to the grocery store and McDonald’s…. Parking is very limited and we didn’t find there were things there for us to do. Staff was very nice and room was beautiful.

I really wanted to love this place. While the location is amazing - the music from the beach car park and restaurant across the highway made it impossible to sleep before 2am. I’d asked for a room change at 8pm as the music started ramping up - but was denied. I was finally given a quieter room at 1215am. The final straw was having staff barge into my room from 2 sets of doors at 730am as the manager hadn’t let them know of the room change. Disappointing
