"Bed was so comfy and the hotel was so incredible that we contemplated changing our flights home to stay longer at the Felix 10! From the first moment arriving at the hotel, there was the most incredible cinnamon/clove scent that was warm & inviting and the decor was cool & sophisticated. The staff were very helpful showing us the entire hotel and offered us coffee & water when we first arrived. The rooftop had the most beautiful sunset view with comfy seating, the rooms were bigger than expected...

"This was a fabulous place. I would highly recommend it. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Even though we only there for one night at the end of trip, it was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were so friendly, information and personable. We had great conversations with them at the lovely quaint bar. We will definitely return!!"

"The location was convenient and easy to access, but overall the stay was disappointing. There is a lot to improve. The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the location is a positive point, the overall quality and cleanliness need significant improvement."

"We loved our studio room at the House on Pink Street. Joanna was very helpful during check in. My hubby and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary. She gifted us a bottle of wine and cupcakes- such a special treat! The street can be a bit noisy at night do to the restaurants and bars but we were not bothered by it."

"Pros: the staff is very friendly and helpful! They assisted us with arranging taxi transport for pick up when we arrived and also an early morning departure. Great, simple fresh breakfast was wonderful. Con: it is quite an incline from where an uber / bolt can pick up and drop off to the hotel front door which can be challenging with any rolling luggage or if anyone with physical limitations. "We liked that our unit was an entire apartment with an outdoor small balcony. Great location, walkable, many restaurants, safe, close to all the activities and sights. The staff was welcoming, very helpful and attentive. As an example, they helped us secure a car and driver for a guided tour of Lisbon.
