"It was not what we expected it certainly was not the same place we viewed on line with a beautiful balcony over looking the ocean. To many stairs either about 10 steps for a bathroom going down or up. We made the best but not a place I would go back to. "

"Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Lovely room, lovely staff but think it’s not the best value for money. Not great for anyone who struggles with steep stairs. No breakfast included and overall know others who were also staying in town for a wedding that got much better value for their money (ie bigger space, breakfast included and just as central). "

"Aeris was the perfect place to stay in Polignano. A family run business, the building was conveniently located, there is an elevator to the higher floors, the fresh cooked breakfast is incredible and our room was really beautiful and comfortable. "

"I was disappointed with this hotel. The check in was terrible, we got in tired from traveling all day and we we're told they couldn't offer us anything to eat and that we had to go out at 9pm. The whole stay felt very unwelcoming. No one brings you towels to the pool, you have to bring your own bags to the car. It was the opposite of hospitality and not what you expect from the price per night. Won't be recommending to anyone. "

"Beautiful gardens, hotel is small, rooms are very dark and absolutely no internet, weak insecure connectivity. Had to use my cellular hotspot for data snd that was very slow too. Can’t recommend staying here. "

"Donatello was super helpful. Place was big and super clean. It was farther from old Bari that we thought, not easily walkable. Our room faced the street and it was quite noisy in the evening- there’s an open hole to outside in the closet. Great croissants!"

"A beautiful trulli with two large bedrooms and small sitting area to enjoy a relax outside of the bedroom. The furniture and bathrooms are high quality and very comfortable. A five to ten minute walk to the main town where all the trulli can be seen and shops and restaurants. Lovely croissant breakfast included in a local coffee shop just afew minutes walk up the road. Thankyou for a lovely stay ! "

"Loved the location and the view we had from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room at the top of stairs which as mentioned the view is spectacular, however the stairs are narrow and steep could be difficult if you have lots of luggage. But I would highly recommend"

"Very beautiful apartment, breakfast was absolutely TOP, staff also very nice. Only 1 aspect disappointed me: there is a construction on site, means they start drilling very early in the morning…. Not so great for the holidays, staff was not honest as they must tell if and when there is a construction on site. Maybe from this review they can write some more details about the accomodation they advertise. "

"We had a wonderful stay at DDO Relais, Pinato and her husband home. They were very welcoming and their house was stylishly designed, lovely large cool rooms, gorgeous spa and pool area. Excellent spread of sweet pastries at breakfast. "

"A tale of two stories…. Our first night/breakfast absolutely fabulous service. The room is very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep… sun loungers round the pool less so. Second night we had the tasting menu… amazing… but the only thing our (admittedly fussy10 yr old daughter) would eat was the margarita pizza (at €22 of which she ate less than half) seemed expensive. Our second breakfast was by comparison inadequate, absolute lack of service, no glasses for the juice/water, an a la cate...

"Was interesting staying in a Trulli for a night. One night is enough as very touristy. The mattresses weren't great. Noisy street which couldn't be helped. Breakfast was fine. Communication was clear and helpful. "

"Simply a wonderful hotel/apartments. It is the second time my wife and I have stayed here for a week in the last year and it was excellent. The staff are very helpful, the breakfasts could not be improved on from our perspective, they are brilliant and in general the location, choice of restaurants and everything else is excellent. A great place to base yourself to explore Puglia. 15 minute walk to the station that takes you most places on the coast you will want to go."
